United States Launches Speaker Program in Chiang Mai on “Water Management and Mitigation Practices”

On June 22, Acting Consul General Elizabeth Susie Pratt and Vice Governor Woragan Yokying at the opening of the U.S. Speaker Program in Chiang Mai on “Water Management and Mitigation Practices in the United States” by Mr. Thomas Donaldson from  the U.S. National Weather Service West Gulf River Forecast Center.
